Position Summary
SvN Architects + Planners is looking for a senior architect/intern architect or technologist for our Toronto Studio. This position focuses on the design and detailing of building envelopes for construction documents.
This role will be responsible for developing detailed architectural working drawings, collaborating with other team members and consultants.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of post-graduate experience;
• Strong in Revit;
• Technical understanding of building construction detailing including experience in mid-rise and high-rise mixed-use buildings an asset;
• Experience with best practice building envelope design and detailing;
• Experience on high performance buildings, including Net Zero and Passive House certified buildings is preferred;
• Project management experience an asset.

• Excellent and organizational skills including planning, organizing, scheduling in an efficient productive manner with focus on key priorities;
• Attention to detail;
• Strong problem solver and adept at resolving bespoke details;
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the work;

The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $100,000
